Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of internal audit experience in operational, compliance, risk, or advisory engagements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Progress toward obtaining a professional certification is preferred (CIA, CPA, CISA, CRMA).
• Hands-on experience performing all phases of the internal audit lifecycle.
• Knowledge of IIA Standards and leading audit practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute audit procedures, documenting business processes and preparing audit programs.
• Perform testing, analyze evidence, identify root causes, and draw conclusions.
• Evaluate control design and operating effectiveness and provide assurance on controls.
• Use data analytics and visualization tools to support risk assessments and audits.
• Document findings clearly and present recommendations to management.
• Maintain audit documentation in audit management software and meet timelines.
• Monitor audit issues and management action plans for timely remediation.
• Contribute to development of Internal Audit methodologies and annual planning.
