Job summary

Alstom in Saint-Bruno, Canada, is seeking a full-time Interiors Engineering Manager for the Component Development Center (CDS). You’ll lead the Interiors Engineering team of 20+ professionals, delivering high-quality, cost-effective, and timely engineering solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams across the business.

You will manage the QCD of deliverables, apply engineering best practices, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• 10+ years in engineering with 5+ years in team leadership.
• Railway project management experience preferred.
• Strong interiors knowledge for transportation.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Interiors Engineering team to deliver quality, cost-effective solutions.
• Manage resources and allocate personnel to meet project demands.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
• Oversee staffing and recruitment for ongoing and new projects.
• Apply engineering rules, processes, and tools to achieve objectives.
