Position Overview : We seek a highly experienced and creative Senior Interior Designer with at least 12 years in commercial interiors and workplace design. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, capable of managing projects and inspiring creative teams to deliver innovative and functional design solutions.

Responsibilities :

• Project Leadership : Lead project teams and consultants to develop integrated, innovative solutions to design challenges.
• Client Engagement : Consult with clients to establish design concepts, considering functionality, budget, and aesthetic preferences.
• Design Development : Generate conceptual designs using various graphic techniques and collaborate on preliminary cost estimates.
• Documentation : Oversee the preparation of specifications, drawings, and construction documents, ensuring compliance with codes.
• Stakeholder Relations : Build and maintain trust among project teams, clients, and stakeholders.
• Quality Assurance : Ensure high design quality within the team.
• Problem-Solving : Address design issues with inventive solutions.

Qualifications & Key Competencies :

• Experience : Minimum 12 years in interior design or architecture, with experience across all project phases.
• Education : Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design, or related field preferred.
• Technical Skills : Proficiency in SketchUp and Revit; willingness to learn the other if not known.
• Portfolio : Submit an up-to-date portfolio demonstrating relevant experience.
• Industry Engagement : Active participation in industry events and a strong market presence.
• Client Relations : Proven track record with satisfied clients and a portfolio of signature workplace transformation projects.
• Regulatory Knowledge : Familiarity with local codes, permitting, and designing within budgets.
