As part of our in-house Interior Design team, you will contribute to all stages of projects from development to construction, working with internal and external consultant teams to complete various project deliverables. As a Senior Interior Designer, your responsibilities will include programming, space planning, schematic design, and contract administration. You will provide design support and documentation during construction and execution of design concepts.
You will review interior design drawings for accuracy, consistency, materiality, and constructability in collaboration with our design consultants.
You will also create construction details and millwork drawings as needed, participate in contract administration, issue SIs, conduct monthly site visits, and prepare site reports during the finishing phase.
The ideal candidate is a creative designer current with hospitality and residential design trends and innovations. You should have strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a good understanding of interior detailing, including millwork. Excellent communication skills are essential for working effectively with design partners and internal teams. A flexible, proactive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile are also important.
Requirements include at least 8 years of experience in high-end multi-family residential design, comprehensive knowledge of Contract Administration from tender to project closeout, and proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign), and Bluebeam is required.
