Interior Designer - luxury condos • Design Studio - NON-HYBRID • Toronto • 60-90k benefits • Award-winning client

Role Overview

They seek a creative interior designer with 3-10 years of post graduate experience. Someone with Revit & experience working with discriminating property developers. You are a confident multi-tasker capable of juggling multiple projects while working alongside other experienced interior designers, PMs, and Revit technologists. This is a collaborative role and requires working daily in an office.

What’s Required

• Degree or Diploma in Interior Design; Bachelor of Arts; interior design credentials
• 3-10 years of interior design experience in the luxury real estate sector; focused on multi-family residential projects and commercial offices; a portfolio demonstrating design excellence
• On-the-job experience designing in Revit; project coordination with a BIM technologist
• Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment dealing with discriminating property developers
• Experience with FFE material selection, dealing with suppliers and pitching clients
• Software: Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign
• Exceptional communication skills; ability to deal with various stakeholders; build long-term relationships based on functional designs; client-facing experience preferred
