Job summary

MBLL is seeking a Senior Solution Architect – Integrations to define and govern enterprise integration architecture and strategies. You will lead a team to design scalable data movement patterns, integrate SaaS and legacy systems, and ensure alignment with MBLL goals and security requirements.

You will collaborate with ITS, Enterprise Architecture, and business stakeholders to deliver reusable integration capabilities, drive standardization, and guide major IT initiatives.

Qualifications

• Completion of a degree or diploma in IT or equivalent
• Ten years of IT experience with reusable integration services and enterprise frameworks
• Seven+ years in ETL architecture and data movement strategies
• Experience leading small teams
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of leading-edge technology options
• Proven project planning and management experience
• Knowledge of IT best practices across complex data challenges and scalable integration
• Excellent written and spoken communication; able to influence stakeholders
• Experience building trust with partners and stakeholders
• Experience with gaming/retail/regulatory standards is an asset
• Lifelong learning and ability to transfer knowledge

Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise-wide integration architectures to reduce MBLL tech footprint
• Design shared services and components for reusable solutions
• Lead planning and delivery of integration initiatives
• Ensure architectures align with MBLL goals and standards
• Provide guidance to Solution Architects and developers
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architects to set technology standards
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams on technical projects
• Lead prototyping and value assessments using new tech
• Ensure designs meet security and archival requirements
• Maintain MBLL Technology Roadmap with EA
• Review plans for compliance with standards and architecture
• Assist in IT consulting intake and major upgrades
• Contribute to business cases and cost/benefit analyses
• Maintain stakeholder communication plans and reporting
