Job summary

Cloud SynApps Inc. is seeking an experienced Integration Delivery Lead to own technical delivery of integration builds.

You will guide a small engineering team, translate architecture into executable designs, and ensure high-quality, scalable solutions across on-prem and cloud services with OpenShift, Kafka, and 3Scale. You will drive sprint planning, code reviews, and risk management while coordinating across Azure Service Bus, Logic Apps, and D365 integration where applicable.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in integration delivery
• 3+ years in technical/delivery lead roles
• Hands-on with Camel, Spring Boot and microservices
• Experience with Kafka, 3Scale, Azure Service Bus and Logic Apps

Responsibilities

• Translate architecture into detailed low-level designs and reusable templates
• Plan and sequence build backlog across HIP-side and Azure-side work streams
• Lead sprint planning, stand-ups, and code/design reviews for the team
• Own build-phase risk and issue resolution; escalate when needed
• Ensure error handling, retry, idempotency, and logging standards
• Coordinate integration testing strategy with QA across Kafka/Service Bus
• Manage onboarding and documentation of built components
• Support performance tuning and defect triage during SIT/UAT and early production
