The Senior Integrated Campaign Manager is a strategic and results-driven marketing professional responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns that drive pipeline growth for the business. This role requires a deep understanding of the B2B buyer journey for technology or telecom solutions, expertise in various marketing channels, and a proven track record of successful campaign management.
Essential Functions
- Campaign Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned with objectives and target audiences.
- Execution & Management: Oversee campaign execution across various channels, managing timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Data Analysis & Optimization: Analyze performance data to measure effectiveness, inform optimizations, and maximize ROI.
- Collaboration & Communication: Partner with cross-functional teams and communicate campaign performance to stakeholders.
- Content Strategy: Collaborate on messaging and design, and map content to customer journeys.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field is typically
- Requires 7+ years of relevant experience in B2B marketing, preferably in Tech/Telecom industry
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, channels, and tactics, including digital strategies and familiarity with marketing automation and CRM systems.
- Experience in developing and executing integrated campaigns, particularly cross-channel creative campaigns
- Working knowledge of ABM campaigns, usage of Gen AI marketing tools, audience building , customer journey mapping required
- Ability to analyze campaign data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills for effective collaboration and handling multiple projects.
- Ability to develop innovative campaigns and align marketing with business objectives
