Job description

Our client, a top banking client in Canada, is looking to hire a Senior Intake Analyst for their team with an initial 1-year contract which is renewable. This role is currently hybrid, requiring in-office attendance every Wednesday each week and every third Friday of the month at their Toronto office.

Key Accountabilities :

• Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, leading the team through all phases of the project delivery cycle and present deliverables to all stakeholders.
• Work collaboratively with cross-disciplinary teams, including developers, testers, user experience, and content writers, to create and deliver content changes to our websites.
• Work alongside Product Owners and other Intake Analysts to assess project intakes, define scope, and provide cost estimates to business partners.

Must-Have Requirements :

• Minimum 2 years as an intake analyst using digital platforms.
• 2-4 years of related experience.
• Digital experience : Be digitally savvy with a keen interest in technology, ready to seek out innovative solutions and embrace evolving technologies. Easily adapt to new tools and digital banking industry trends.
• Communication : Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate and work closely with lines of business and teams within Digital.
• Planning and Organizing : A strong desire to problem-solve, solid organizational skills, and the ability to forecast workload for other resource teams. You are a prioritizing machine.
• Interpersonal skills / Collaborative communication / Relationship building : Excellent interpersonal, presentation, facilitation, and engagement skills, both verbal and written.
