Purpose
The Senior Insurance Consultant & Servicing Agent works under the guidance of an established Senior Insurance Consultant (SIC) to help drive life insurance results within a growing region. The incumbent will work with advisors across all business lines to raise awareness of these important solutions and enable advisors to introduce them to their clients more consistently and effectively. The SIA will specialize in mid-market permanent insurance sales, allowing the SIC to focus on larger, more complex cases. The SIA role is a consideration for growing regions achieving ~$4MM in revenue per SIC; requiring an SIA role to be introduced to properly service and continue to grow the sales in the region. The expectation is that this role is a steppingstone to becoming a fully commissioned SIC within a 3-to-5-year period.
