Westland Insurance Group in Lindsay, ON is seeking a Senior Insurance Advisor to grow its local client base and manage complex cases. You’ll promote insurance products, own client relationships, and help raise the company’s profile in the community.

You’ll handle renewals, underwriting, and policy changes, while mentoring teammates and supporting branch growth in a collaborative, values-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Track record of achieving sales targets.
• Building authentic client relationships comes naturally.
• Master time management; able to prioritize workload with discretion.
• RIBO Licensed or pursuing CAIB/CIP; financial support available.
• 5+ years of industry experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client service across phone, email and in person.
• Assess client needs and provide knowledgeable personal lines recommendations.
• Manage new business, renewals and policy changes with accuracy.
• Build lasting client relationships and support through renewals and claims.
• Identify sales opportunities; cross-sell and up-sell products.

We’re searching for a Senior Insurance Advisor.

Westland Insurance Group is growing and has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Insurance Advisor to join the team at our office in Lindsay, ON. We are looking for a career minded individual who is focused on growing their insurance industry knowledge and experience.

Expected Compensation: The expected hourly hiring range for this role is $26.60 to $33.25, with a 35-hour work week. Your rate of pay will be determined based on your individual qualifications and experience, while considering internal equity.

• Build lasting client relationships by providing proactive support throughout the customer journey, including renewals, claims assistance, and follow-up communication
• Contribute to business growth by identifying sales opportunities in addition to cross-selling and up-selling products
• Support branch success by collaborating with team members, mentoring peers, and assisting with training, reporting, and day-to-day operations as needed
