Job summary

Valley Integration seeks an experienced Instrumentation Technician to ensure performance and reliability of critical instrumentation in water and wastewater facilities in Canada. You will calibrate, troubleshoot, and maintain equipment such as chlorine analyzers and transmitters, interpret drawings, and support predictive maintenance.

Requirements include a degree in Industrial Instrumentation/Automation and 5+ years in field service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of instrumentation, calibration, field service, and maintenance experience.
• Degree in Industrial Instrumentation/Automation or related field.
• Preferred: Valid Provincial Instrumentation & Control Technician 447A license.
• Excellent English communication skills are required.
• Must be physically present in Canada with a valid work permit.

Responsibilities

• Adjust, inspect, and evaluate process performance and equipment to optimize efficiency.
• Calibrate, verify, and troubleshoot instruments such as chlorine analyzers and flow transmitters in water and wastewater facilities.
• Perform various test procedures to monitor equipment conditions.
• Maintain proficiency in embedded maintenance software for water, wastewater treatment and process equipment.
