JOB SUMMARY:
The Senior Instructional Designer plays a key role in designing and implementing high-quality instructional materials and programs. This role requires collaboration with faculty, industry subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to ensure that learning experiences are engaging, industry-aligned, and pedagogically sound. The Senior Instructional Designer will also conduct needs assessments with industry partners to inform program development and provide training as needed. Additionally, they will be responsible for sourcing and supervising subject matter experts, facilitators, and skills coaches.
