Position: Senior Inside Sales Representative - Newmarket, ON

Your essential duties will include:

1. Directly service customers via phone & email daily.
2. Process orders, inquiries, and quotations.
3. Consistently provide a high level of customer service.
4. Confirm stock availability and suggest alternatives as required.
5. Follow up with customers on quotations.
6. Make at least four outbound calls per day to solicit additional business.
7. Assist customers with ecommerce inquiries.

Qualifications:

• Minimum five years of inside sales or customer service experience.
• Effective communication skills and ability to build customer relationships.
• Strong multitasking and time management skills.
• Computer literate; AS400 experience is an asset.
• Electrical apprenticeship experience is considered an advantage.
• Team player.
• Experience with electrical products, installation methods, and project bidding.
