Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of manufacturing experience.
• 5 years supervisory experience.
• Supervisory training preferred.
• Completed coursework in Injection Molding preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily injection moulding operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and quality.
• Lead Set-up Technicians, Process Technicians, and Material Loaders; drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with Maintenance and Tool/Mould teams to improve safety, scrap, and downtime.
