The role focuses on overseeing a portfolio of loans, ensuring borrower compliance, and delivering proactive asset-level oversight and fund-level reporting. You will engage with borrowers, investment professionals, and senior management, applying strong analytical and communication skills to assess performance, risks, and outlook in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in investment management, credit, or valuation fields.
• Professional designation CPA/CA/CFA or equivalent.
• Strong financial analysis and modelling capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Monitor borrower compliance with covenants, reporting and interest obligations.
• Review financial performance against underwriting and forecasts using statements and budgets.
• Participate in borrower calls to understand performance, risks, and outlook.
• Update deal return models for fundings, repayments and changes; maintain forecasts.
• Prepare quarterly valuations and SOX-related materials for management review.
• Support fund-level reporting, carry model updates, and investor reporting.
• Assist internal audit and hedging activities and other fund-management duties.
