We are seeking a Senior IT Specialist to join our growing team of technology professionals. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with deep technical expertise and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of professional experience in IT, with strong knowledge of system administration, server and network infrastructure, and cloud services.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support Windows Server environments , including new setups, upgrades, and migrations
• Manage Active Directory , group policies, DNS, DHCP, and user access / security controls
• Perform Office 365 setups and migrations , including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Intune
• Deploy and manage virtual machines (VMware, Hyper-V, or similar platforms)
• Monitor and maintain backup systems and business continuity plans
• Support and troubleshoot complex desktop, server, and networking issues
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure seamless IT service delivery
• Document technical processes, changes, and configurations clearly and accurately
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior technicians when needed

Required Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of hands-on IT experience in a support, systems, or infrastructure role

Proven experience with Windows Server setup, administration, and migration

Strong knowledge of Active Directory and related technologies

Hands-on experience with Office 365 migration and configuration

Expertise in virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V

Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP / IP, firewalls, VLANs, VPNs)

Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery solutions

Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple projects or tasks with minimal supervision
