Responsibilities

The incumbent supports the Bank’s information security objectives related to integrity, confidentiality/privacy, availability, and continuity by:

• Ensuring effective logical access control across the enterprise
• Managing logical access risks aligned with the Bank’s risk appetite
• Supporting logical access systems such as AD, LDAP, privileged access, and others
• Assisting the business in understanding their responsibilities regarding logical access controls

Role Expectations

In this role, you will:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document access control matrices
• Improve workflows related to onboarding and access management platforms
• Perform tasks related to Identity & Access Management, including request processing and documentation
• Review and resolve IDM conflicts
• Handle access modifications and support access issues
• Manage requests for ScotiaID, Windows ID, and Exchange/Notes mailboxes
• Administer AD Security Groups, Distribution Lists, and Service Accounts
• Utilize troubleshooting skills for system issues and root cause analysis
• Liaise with support teams for escalations
• Generate reports for audits and internal control reviews

Required Skills and Experience

• Experience managing user permissions in Active Directory and LDAP
• Knowledge of SailPoint, Centrify, PowerShell, ServiceNow, SQL/Oracle
• Diploma in Computer Science or related field
• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Technical certifications (e.g., CISSP, Security+) are assets
• Fluency in Spanish is an asset
