Dead by Daylight just turned 9, and we’re gearing up for one of our most exciting years yet. With our 10th anniversary on the horizon and big updates in the works, we’re continuing to push the boundaries of multiplayer horror - and we’re not slowing down! We’re now looking for a Senior Influencer Management Director to help shape how Dead by Daylight is shared, streamed, and talked about around the world. This is a key role for someone who understands the power of creators and is eager to build strong, lasting connections between them and one of the most iconic multiplayer games out there.

In this role you will :

  • Revamp the Fog Whisperers program by expanding its scope (support-a-creator, etc) and creating lasting value for both content creators and the DbD community.
  • Scout/recruit new content creators, and maintain strong relationships with creators while fostering a diverse, engaged influencer network.
  • Mentor and coach a team of influencer managers ensuring their growth, development, and use of data-informed approaches to achieve marketing and business goals.
  • Collaborate with partner IPs to strategically integrate new fanbases, working alongside creators active in these niche fields.
  • Be entrepreneurial about influencer marketing - establish best practices, KPIs, and communicate their impact to partner teams and leadership; while balancing budgets and goals.
  • Communicate player experience insights and address negative sentiment including managing crises.
What we're looking for :
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the gaming or entertainment industry, with solid experience working on live service games.
  • A solid understanding of Influencer KPIs, a track record of driving positive ROI, and strong understanding of current game/entertainment Influencer trends; be fearless about experimentation.
  • A proven track record as an exceptional collaborator working with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, finance, data), to ensure the success of Influencer and PR efforts.
  • Knowledge of and/or a network within the current game community, influencers, considered a strong plus.
  • Fluency in English; speaking French is a strong plus.
