Qualifications

• Master's degree in Architecture or related engineering field with an architectural focus.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in architectural design with a significant specialization in industrial projects.
• Proven experience in designing and managing industrial facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design for industrial facilities, including factories, warehouses, and processing plants.
• Develop detailed design solutions, integrating machinery, circulation, and operational requirements.
• Collaborate with process engineers, structural engineers, and specialist consultants.
• Ensure designs comply with industrial safety standards, environmental regulations, and building codes.
• Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and construction documentation.
• Conduct site analysis, feasibility studies, and risk assessments for industrial sites.
• Manage project lifecycles from concept development to construction completion.
• Oversee site supervision and ensure adherence to design intent and safety protocols.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders throughout the project duration.
