Movable Ink is seeking an Implementation Manager to lead client launches on the Studio and Da Vinci platforms, acting as a product expert and owning projects from kickoff to completion.
You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand goals, design technical solutions, train on best practices, and drive value through AI-powered personalization while meeting deadlines and KPIs.

As an Implementation Manager you will work with some of the world’s best known brands, enabling them to deliver a highly personalized email and mobile program, using both our AI and personalization products. You will act as a product expert and the owner of projects to launch new clients on both the Studio and Da Vinci platforms. Using your Client and Project Management expertise and technical prowess you will partner with our clients and internal teams to understand their goals, then develop project plans using industry standards and manage them through to completion. Naturally curious with an attention to detail, you’ll navigate issues as they arise and ensure they meet a resolution.
The base pay range for this position is CAD$80K - $104K and the OTE range is CAD$96K - $125K which can include additional bonus depending on the position ultimately offered, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. The base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
