Senior Implementation & Customer Success Project Manager

Our large enterprise client is looking for a Senior Implementation & Customer Success Project Manager to lead enterprise software rollouts and ensure long-term customer satisfaction and success.

Must-Haves:

1. 6+ years Project management experience working with enterprise software solutions
2. Experience in enterprise software implementations and system integrations
3. Experience in at least two of the following areas:
1. Project Management
2. Project Controls
3. Procurement and Subcontracting
4. Major Construction Projects
5. Construction Management
6. Accounting & Finance
4. Previous experience in a customer/client focused role

Nice to Haves:

1. Ability to design solution diagrams involving system and data integrations
2. Experience working with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, services, finance, and customers)
3. Ability to manage long and complex implementation projects (6–18 months)
4. Ability to quickly understand diverse business processes across industries
