Job summary

Desjardins is seeking a senior implementation advisor for a 12-month contract in Downtown Toronto. You will oversee projects from start to finish, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure delivery of outstanding client experiences.

Responsibilities include advising clients, creating action plans, coordinating follow-ups, and guiding project teams to meet objectives, timelines and quality standards while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance or related field.
  • Minimum of four years of relevant experience in project management.
  • Knowledge of group retirement savings products.
  • Knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
  • Advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients.

Required

As a senior implementation advisor, you play a strategic role in supporting plan sponsors, serving as their primary point of contact throughout the implementation process. You oversee projects from start to finish, engaging key stakeholders, anticipating potential issues and ensuring that every stage is completed effectively to deliver an outstanding client experience. You play a leadership role to help ensure projects meet their objectives, timelines and quality standards, while fostering effective collaboration among stakeholders. You also help advance our practices by leading or supporting operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives. More specifically, you will be required to:

  • Advise clients on the best solutions and strategies and determine target outcomes
