The following new Information Management systems must be designed, developed, implemented, tested and documented.- A ticketing system and help desk using the DND-licensed HaloITSM framework.
- A terrain database* for the DSSTNi IS, including integration with the DND-licensed MaK VR-TheWorld terrain server, allowing configuration control and distribution of terrain models in support of simulation.

* terrain databases are employed by multiple systems within E&S to provide the synthetic environment for simulators. This SOW requires multiple versions, compatible with multiple simulators and need an information management solution that can track this information, organize it and make it available upon demand to users of our DSSTNi IS. DND has licensed MaK VR-TheWorld as the technical solution for this requirement, but require the services of an IM Modeller to configure and populate this tool.
