Job summary

Adecco is hiring a Senior Financial Reporting Advisor in Calgary, AB. The role focuses on preparing and reviewing consolidated and legal entity financial statements, MD&A, and regulatory disclosures under IFRS.

The candidate will coordinate reporting across a diverse portfolio, support external audits, and drive process improvements in financial reporting. CPA designation and 8+ years of relevant experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA designation required.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive post-designation accounting or finance experience.
• Strong IFRS knowledge and ability to prepare consolidated statements.
• Experience with external audits and regulatory reporting.
• Experience with SAP, Workiva, and Group Reporting is a strong asset.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Support quarterly review of consolidated financial statements and MD&A.
• Prepare Canadian and U.S. legal entity financial statements and notes under IFRS.
• Ensure reporting complies with governance, regulatory, and disclosure requirements.
• Coordinate financial statement preparation across a geographically diverse portfolio of entities.
• Compile, prepare, and review domestic and international legal entity financial statements.
• Collaborate with Business Units and Tax teams to ensure accurate reporting.
• Assist with accounting analysis for complex transactions and their impact on financials.
• Support preparation and review of tax schedules and regulatory reporting.
