Job summary

Mobility Global Inc. is seeking a Senior Identity Integration Engineer to design, build, and maintain connectors between identity platforms and systems across hybrid environments in Canada.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in identity engineering or IAM operations.

• REST/SCIM APIs and event-driven provisioning.
• Directory services: Active Directory, Entra ID, LDAP; federation (SAML, OIDC).
• CI/CD and version control (Git); IaC mindset; operate with monitoring and SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain connectors and integrations between identity platforms and target systems (HR, cloud, SaaS, directories, on-prem apps).
• Develop and operate automated joiner-mover-leaver (JML) provisioning pipelines; prefer API-driven/event-driven patterns.
• Operate and harden directory services (AD, Entra ID, LDAP) and federation infrastructure for reliability and security.
• Own monitoring, capacity planning, patching, and incident response; meet provisioning and availability SLAs.
• Manage identity infrastructure and configuration via version control and CI/CD; document and peer-review changes.
• Identify high-volume, rules-based tasks and automate them; evaluate agentic AI augmentation.
• Set integration and coding standards; review peers; backup owner for adjacent domain to reduce single points of failure.
• Ensure provisioning logs and audit trails feed audit and resilience evidence.

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $104,000-$156,000.
