What You Have To Offer:

What you bring to the table:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), specifically using SailPoint IdentityNow or IdentityIQ.
• Deep knowledge of identity lifecycle management, including provisioning, deprovisioning, access reviews, certifications, and SoD controls.
• Advanced PowerShell scripting skills and experience working with REST APIs for automation and integration.
• Proficiency in Power BI to build custom dashboards and reports for identity governance, analytics, and compliance.
• Practical experience designing and implementing SSO (SAML, OAuth, OIDC), MFA, and passwordless authentication solutions.
• Strong experience with workflow automation tools, including Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Solid understanding of relational databases (SQL), identity data modeling, and data integration concepts.
• Strong grasp of Azure, including Entra ID, conditional access policies, app registration, and enterprise app integration.
• Familiarity with fundamentals of networking such as DNS, TCP/IP, firewalls, proxies, and VPNs.
• Ability to integrate SailPoint with systems like Active Directory, Azure AD, Dayforce, ServiceNow, and various cloud/SaaS applications.
• Knowledge of Zero Trust, least privilege principles, and identity-centric security models.
• Optional: SailPoint certification (Identity Now, IdentityIQ Implementation Engineer).
• Proficiency in developing Enterprise documentations and executive summary.

• Lead and own the end-to-end implementation of IGA solutions using SailPoint.
• Build and automate workflows, policies, and identity processes across hybrid and cloud environments.
• Develop scalable, secure integrations between SailPoint and third-party systems.
• Design and maintain automated dashboards in Power BI to deliver real-time visibility into identity health and compliance.
• Collaborate with IT, security, and compliance teams to enforce identity policies and streamline access governance.
• Provide technical leadership on SSO, MFA, and password less implementation projects.
• Support audits and reporting efforts by ensuring identity controls and access logs are complete, accurate, and auditable.
• Serve as the go-to SME for identity and access-related automation, reporting, and infrastructure alignment.
• Partner across business and technical teams to align IGA strategy with enterprise initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement, proactively identifying gaps in processes or tooling and recommending enhancements.
