Job summary

Parker Huggett - A Division of LRO Staffing is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the Ontario Buildings group across the province, guiding complex ICI projects from preconstruction through handover. You will manage healthcare, institutional, federal, and other large-scale builds with a team that takes the work seriously and strives for excellence.

The successful candidate will deliver large-scale projects, manage schedules, costs, and stakeholder needs, and mentor teams for long-term success.
