Job summary

CRPro is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead field operations on large-scale ICI projects in Canada. This senior site leadership role drives safety, schedule, and budget for projects often exceeding $100 million, with responsibility for directing subcontractors and building a high-performing site team.

You will work closely with the Project Manager on schedule development, contract administration and design/schedule issue resolution, while overseeing daily site paperwork and ensuring quality

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years supervising large ICI projects.
• P3 or Design Build experience is asset.
• Interior construction experience is an asset.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and ability to read and interpret contract drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety on site, implementing the safety program and holding subcontractors accountable.
• Direct and coordinate the work of subcontractors and trades across a large scale project.
• Build and maintain a site team through coaching, feedback and performance management.
• Work with the Project Manager on schedule development, contract administration and resolving design or schedule issues.
• Monitor subcontractor performance on safety, workmanship and materials.
• Own the daily paperwork: field reports, safety inspections, schedule updates.
