We are seeking a Senior Specialized IT Consultant – IBM Maximo Manage with extensive hands‑on experience in Maximo configuration, functional implementation, work management, asset and location management, data migration, and enterprise system integration. The successful candidate will support the IBM Maximo Manage implementation for the Corporate Real Estate Management Division, contributing to solution design, configuration, testing, integration, cutover, go‑live preparation, stabilization, and knowledge transfer. The ideal candidate will have successfully delivered multiple full‑cycle Maximo implementations and possess strong expertise in preventive maintenance, work orders, service requests, security, workflows, vendor and contractor processes, and ERP integration.

• Proven experience configuring end‑to‑end Work Management in Maximo, including:

Description

The City requires a Senior IBM Maximo Manage Specialist to provide hands‑on functional, configuration, and implementation expertise for the City's IBM Maximo Manage implementation for the Corporate Real Estate Management Division.

The specialist will support Maximo Manage design, configuration, data migration, and integration design and build, testing, cutover/go‑live preparation, stabilization, and knowledge transfer.

At a Minimum, The Assignment Will Focus On

• Facilities maintenance.
• Asset and location management.
• Service requests.
• Work management.
• Preventive maintenance.

• Mobile work execution.
• Vendor and contractor processes.

• SAP/SAP BTP integration touchpoints.

The original assignment description states that the assignment is expected to begin on or around August 24, 2026, for approximately twelve (12) months, with a possible extension at the City's discretion. Work will generally be performed during the City's normal business hours in the Eastern Time Zone.

Deliverables
