Job summary

PeoplePilot in Toronto, Canada is seeking an experienced IAM QE - Automation & Functional professional with 8-10 years of testing expertise to advance enterprise Identity and Access Management projects.

You will design and execute automation and functional tests, develop scripts with Selenium and Cucumber, and coordinate end-to-end testing across large initiatives, ensuring quality outcomes and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of QA/Quality Engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium.
• Hands-on experience with Cucumber.
• Knowledge of SailPoint Identity Governance Administration (IGA).
• Experience writing test scenarios and automation scripts.
• Experience managing end-to-end testing activities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute automation and functional test cases.
• Create test scenarios and automation scenarios from requirements.
• Develop automation scripts using Selenium and Cucumber.
• Manage end-to-end testing activities for large projects.
• Execute tests and validate results against goals and objectives.
• Translate business processes, system functionality, and requirements into detailed test plans.
• Identify and resolve testing, operational, and process-related issues.
• Present testing progress and results to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality deliverables.
