About the Role :

Our client seeks a skilled and motivated HVAC Installer for their dynamic team in the Lower Mainland and the Valley. This role offers an exciting opportunity for growth in a thriving industry with bonus potential and a great company culture.

Key Responsibilities

1. Install, maintain, and repair residential HVAC systems while adhering to safety and industry standards.
2. Identify sales opportunities during service calls and offer suitable HVAC solutions to customers.
3. Collaborate with the team to foster a positive and supportive work environment.
4. Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues to provide effective and timely solutions.
5. Manage installation projects from start to completion, ensuring quality workmanship and customer satisfaction, while building positive customer relationships and offering relevant services.

Qualifications

1. Proven experience in residential HVAC installation is essential.
2. B-Class Certification, Sheet Metal experience, and/or Red Seal Plumbing Certification are highly valued.
3. Ability to confidently transition service calls into sales opportunities while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
4. Strong organizational abilities to manage tasks efficiently and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively.
5. Willingness to expand HVAC knowledge and skills.
