The Senior Human Resources Manager is a key leadership role within the Canadian HR team, with a strong focus on talent and HR operations. Strategic and hands‑on, the role requires versatility, sound judgment, and the ability to move between big‑picture thinking and day‑to‑day execution. As a trusted partner across the organization, the Senior Human Resources Manager helps drive practical people solutions, strengthen the employee experience, and support both employee and organizational success.
Created to support the continued growth of the organization, this role may evolve over time to reflect changing business needs and priorities.
The role is based in‑office in Toronto, close to Pearson airport, with regular visits to project sites across the GTA, and may include periodic travel within Canada and limited international travel.
This role offers a competitive annual base salary with compensation determined based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
