Base pay range

90,000.00 / yr - $105,000.00 / yr

A globally prominent and highly reputable industrial manufacturing organization seeks to hire a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at their flagship production campus in the Greater Grand Rapids Michigan. Open due to a promotion, this position will report to the Site HR Director and be responsible a wide variety of strategic HR function. This is a permanent, direct-hire opportunity.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Support labor relations including collective bargaining activities and grievance investigation and resolution.
• Consistently communicate with employees at all levels regarding policies and procedures.
• Assist in talent acquisition and retention activities.
• Interpret and implement HR policies for the site.
• Assist in employee onboarding, training, and development activities.
• Foster deep and productive employee relationships across departments.

Required Qualifications :

Four-year degree required (HR or Business Administration preferred)

3+ years of HR experience within manufacturing environment(s).

Experience with unionized labor relations is strongly preferred.

High level of proficiency with HRIS systems.
