The Role:Join Our Team as a Strategic HR Partner:We are seeking a seasoned Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at our global headquarters in Brampton, supporting our senior leaders in Corporate and Shared Services on an 18-month contract. As a trusted advisor to our business leaders, you will leverage your exceptional relationship-building, strategic thinking and results-orientation skills to drive business outcomes and deliver tailored people solutions that enable our organization to thrive in a rapidly evolving environment. In this critical role, you will partner closely with senior leadership, and business area HR teams to navigate complex people-related challenges, foster a culture of collaboration and innovation, and drive strategic initiatives that propel our business forward.

Successful candidates must obtain and hold security clearance at the reliability status level, and pass security assessment for the Controlled Goods Program (CGP) and ITAR.

The compensation range for this position is $100,000 - 120,000 annually. The specific compensation offered will be based on the qualifications and experience of the successful candidate.
