Job summary

Bell AI Fabric is seeking a Senior Manager, Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) to lead national HSE strategy for its growing portfolio of AI data centre campuses across Canada. You will drive safety governance, regulatory compliance, and incident management with cross-functional partners in Operations, Security, and Facilities.

The role leads a national HSE team, engages with executives, and shapes environmental and occupational safety programs to protect people and critical infrastructure amid

Qualifications

Bachelor level degree or higher in OH&S, Environmental Science, Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, or related field.
10+ years in Health, Safety & Environment leadership roles.
Experience managing multi-site HSE programs in complex operations.

Responsibilities

Lead national HSE strategy for Bell AI Fabric's data centre portfolio.
Develop and govern enterprise HSE policies, procedures and standards.
Oversee risk assessments, incident investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage supplier relations and contractor safety governance across sites.
Provide executive reporting on HSE metrics and risk insights.
