IMA Financial Group seeks a Senior HRIS Analyst to own and optimize our enterprise HR technology stack, supporting UKG to Workday transition and ongoing system improvements. You will configure, test, secure, report, and troubleshoot HR systems while collaborating with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT to drive data integrity and process excellence.
The role emphasizes cross-functional partnership, data security, and continuous system enhancements to support the organization’s strategic HR initiatives.
IMA is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior HRIS Analyst to join our Human Resources team. This role will serve as a key technical resource responsible for the administration, optimization, and support of enterprise HR technology platforms. The ideal candidate will bring deep HRIS expertise, strong analytical capabilities, and a passion for solving complex business challenges through technology.
This position will play a critical role in supporting our current HR systems while helping to guide IMA through a strategic transition from UKG to Workday over the coming years. The successful candidate will take ownership of system configuration, reporting, security roles, testing, troubleshooting, integrations, and ongoing system improvements.

Salary Range
$84,000—$124,000 USD
