Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Experience as a Technology Analyst supporting Workday, with familiarity in Workday HCM configuration, business processes, security, and data structures.
• Hands-on experience with Workday configuration and support, including data validation, reporting, audit support, application security, organizational hierarchy management, and data quality/governance processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess issues and recommend effective solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively as part of a small team.

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh. This role will be based in Toronto, Canada. The is a hybrid role that requires at least three days a week in the office.

We are seeking a highly motivated Technology Analyst to support our Workday HR application team. This role will focus on application configuration, security, organizational structures, data governance, and data validation within Workday. The ideal candidate is a strong problem solver and communicator who can work independently on assigned tasks and projects while also collaborating effectively with a small, high-performing team.

We will count on you to:

Office-based teams will identify at least one "anchor day" per week on which their full team will be together in person.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $86,500 to $136,500.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case‑by‑case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
