Job description

Position Summary:
Reporting in the Canadian GM, the Senior HR Manager is a great HR generalist responsible for salaried and hourly staff. You are the "right hand" for the GM and have great administrative skills as well.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire hiring and onboarding process for employees
  • Collaborate with your counterparts in the US
  • Own the annual performance review process and budget (bonuses & annual increases)
  • Manage the benefit package and ensure the CRM system is up to date
  • Ad hoc projects and admin tasks for the GM
Requirements:
  • Minimum 7+ years of general HR experience
  • University degree and a CHRP or CHRL designation is required
  • Good well rounded HR experience: hiring, performance reviews etc and a good communicator
  • Excellent computer skills, well organized and detailed oriented
  • Hybrid 2 days/wk in office
