Seabird Island Band is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to provide strategic and operational HR support across Seabird Island entities in Agassiz, BC. The role reports to the HR Manager and focuses on strengthening workplace practices, guiding employee relations, and ensuring legislative compliance through culturally grounded HR solutions.
You will partner with leaders to support organizational growth, lead investigations, and facilitate training, development, and safety initiatives.
Term: Full-time, Permanent
Location: Seabird Island Band Office, Agassiz, BC
Status: Hybrid – In-office and entity locations.
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 - 4:30 pm.
Salary: Starting from $37.51 an hour – Depending on skills and experiences.

This role works closely with leaders to strengthen workplace practices, navigate employee relations matters, ensure legislative compliance, and support organizational growth through culturally grounded and people-centered HR solutions.
