Job Description:
  • Maintain standardized People Analytics dashboards, metrics, KPIs, and reports using Power BI and PeopleSoft queries.
  • Provide summary-level and detailed reports incrementally and on an ad-hoc basis (e.g., overtime, time-off management, headcount, payroll).
  • Support the day-to-day HR analytic needs for stakeholders.
  • Implement best-in-class data processes, data management, and data quality controls.
  • Use data to provide the business with actionable insights.
  • Identify and use multiple data sources, analyze and present results, interpret patterns, provide recommendations and insights based on business trends.
  • Train and coach HR teams on interpreting data and making the best use of dashboards and reports.
  • Demonstrate a continuous learning mindset and introduce innovative ideas.
HRIS Data Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day HR data configuration needs.
  • Provide ad-hoc customer support for stakeholder data requests.
  • Partner with IT teams to provide HR functional support.
  • Perform business analysis for PeopleSoft by collecting requirements and evaluating needs.
  • Act as a liaison between IT, end-users, and project teams.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
  • Contribute to projects at all stages (analysis, design, implementation, testing).
  • Track pipeline priorities, ensure modules are developed, reviewed, tested, and implemented per requirements.
Database Management/HR Workflow:
  • Enhance HR systems to provide employee information to external environments as needed.
  • Provide technical support to HR staff and end users.
  • Assist in auditing and maintaining employee records including status updates, terminations, and hires.
  • Prepare data uploads and reconcile data between PeopleSoft and compensation systems.
  • Maintain HR and payroll data integrity by running queries and reconciliations.
  • Validate changes to HRIS data and control data quality.
  • Support and administer various HRIS Java systems and applications.
  • Maintain all HR tables necessary for database administration.
Qualification And Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, HR, HRIS, IT, Data Science, or a related field.
Experience:
  • 7 years overall experience, with at least 4 years in analytics, business intelligence, HRIS, or similar roles.
  • Experience with stakeholder management, prioritization, and timeline negotiation.
  • Experience working with senior managers and cross-functional partners.
  • Proven expertise in People Analytics and data infrastructure.
  • Background in data mining, text analytics, and data collection strategies.
  • Experience with HRIS systems (PeopleSoft, Workday HCM a plus).
  • Experience working in large, complex organizations preferred.
