Job summary

RBC Direct Investing seeks a Senior Relationship Manager to retain and grow assets for its high-net-worth client base in Calgary and Alberta, including Edmonton. You will lead with a client-focused, white-glove approach, collaborating with Wealth Management, Dominion Securities, PH&N, Private Banking, and more to deliver tailored solutions.

You will foster COI networks, deliver client seminars, and deepen relationships by highlighting the RBC DI platform and value proposition.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education and a minimum of 4 years of experience in a client service role.
• Proven ability to cultivate strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Proven ability to achieve results and KPIs.
• 2+ years brokerage or investment industry experience.
• CSC and CPH for IIROC registration.

Responsibilities

• Retain and grow assets for a portfolio of RBCDI’s high-value clients.
• Lead with a service mindset and deliver a white-glove client experience.
• Know clients and introduce RBC partners when adding value.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management and RBC partners to onboard high-net-worth clients.
• Deliver client seminars and knowledge sessions to drive engagement.
• Deepen relationships with insights and help clients maximize RBC DI’s online platform.
