Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in embedded, industrial software systems.
• 5+ years designing software architecture for complex HMI.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, CS, UX or related field.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the long-term architecture for HMI software across multiple vehicle platforms.
• Develop a technology roadmap that supports future product capabilities, scalability, maintainability, and reuse.
• Establish architectural principles, design guidelines, coding standards, and best practices.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption where they provide measurable value.
• Serve as the technical authority for HMI architecture and software design decisions.
• Provide technical mentorship to software developers and engineers through design reviews, coaching, and knowledge sharing.
• Lead architectural reviews and participate in major technical decisions.
