As Hatch continues to grow its presence in Ontario, we are seeking an experienced Senior Highway Engineer to play a key role in delivering some of the region's most impactful transportation infrastructure projects. Based in Mississauga, you will contribute to the planning, design, and delivery of complex highway and roadway projects while helping shape the future of transportation networks across Ontario.
This is an exciting time to join our team. Recently, Hatch was selected by Marten Falls First Nation as its engineering and project management partner for the transformative Marten Falls Community Access Road, a landmark Northern Ontario infrastructure project that will provide year-round access to the community for the first time while supporting economic development, Indigenous partnership, and future regional growth.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on major MTO and municipal transportation projects alongside industry-leading professionals, while mentoring the next generation of engineers and helping grow Hatch's transportation practice in Ontario. Base salary range: $89,000.00 - $138,000.00
At Hatch, we are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. In accordance with legislated pay transparency requirements, the expected salary range for this position is based on current market data and aligned with internal pay structures to ensure consistency and fairness.
Your individual compensation within this range will depend on factors such as skills,experience, qualifications and location. In addition to base pay, our total rewards packagemay include performance-based incentives, comprehensive benefits, and other programsdesigned to support your well-being and growth.
