Job summary

Prep Academy Tutors in Ontario is seeking passionate educators to join our team as part-time tutors. You will deliver academic support aligned with the Ontario curriculum through in-person sessions in the Durham Region.

You’ll provide supplemental assignments to strengthen understanding and mastery, offering remedial and enrichment support to meet diverse student needs while maintaining flexible scheduling and regular parent communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in teaching or tutoring required.
• Ability to deliver engaging, high-quality learning experiences.
• Proven skill in building positive relationships with students and families.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Who We’re Looking For

Qualified applicants will meet at least one of the following:

• Registered and in good standing with the Ontario College of Teachers.
• Current teacher candidates actively pursuing a Bachelor of Education.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
