Job summary

HelloFresh Canada in Toronto is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our Growth UX team. You’ll lead high-impact growth challenges across acquisition, conversion, checkout, and reactivation, shaping experiences for prospective and returning customers across HelloFresh brands.

This role is hybrid with our Toronto Headquarters, allowing you to influence direction while collaborating across Product, Engineering, Data, Research, Marketing, and Content Design.

Qualifications

• Senior designer with ownership of complex consumer experiences.
• Ability to lead ambiguous problems and influence product direction.
• Strong craft in interaction and visual design and system thinking.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end growth journeys across acquisition, conversion, checkout, and reactivation.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, Research, Marketing and Content Design.
• Apply AI-native approaches across discovery, synthesis, prototyping, and execution.
