Valnet is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale our digital acquisition strategy across our brand in Montreal. This data-driven leader will optimize paid campaigns, test new growth opportunities, and translate insights into measurable results.

You’ll own strategy, execution, and optimization across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging channels, while managing significant budgets and collaborating with product, creative, and analytics teams to maximize ROI

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of experience in performance or growth marketing.
• Proven track record managing large paid media budgets.
• Deep expertise with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Strong analytics with GA4, Looker Studio, Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, attribution models.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across paid channels.
• Manage campaign planning, execution, optimization, and scaling across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube.
• Own media budgets, forecasting, and performance reporting to maximize ROI.
• Monitor CAC, CPL, CPA, CTR, CVR, ROAS and optimize accordingly.
• Collaborate with creative, product, and analytics teams to improve landing pages.
• Design and run A/B tests for creatives, audiences, bidding, and user journeys.
• Lead audience segmentation, retargeting, and marketing automation.
