Blacksmith Agency is scaling its marketing division to support a growing portfolio of PPC and SEO clients across multifamily, B2B and technical verticals. As Growth Marketing Manager at Blacksmith, you own strategy, performance and client-facing leadership across paid search, paid social, SEO and conversion optimization.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in PPC, SEO, or multi-channel full-funnel strategy.
• Strong experience running paid and organic channels simultaneously.
• Expertise with Google Ads, GA4, and Google Search Console.
• Ability to articulate strategic recommendations for clients and executives.
• Proven track record leading execution teams and ensuring deliverable quality.
• Sharp analytical skills with fast problem diagnosis.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy for all PPC and SEO client work across industries.
• Join sales calls to validate scope and pitch recommendations.
• Create growth roadmaps for each client (90 days, 6 months, 12 months).
• Own client performance across paid and organic channels.
• Audit campaigns, landing pages, and CRO opportunities.
• Oversee SEO efforts including on-page, links, and AI-driven content.
• Track KPI, attribution, and analytics accuracy.
• Provide weekly direction and coordinate priorities with the marketing project manager.
• Present monthly and quarterly performance summaries to clients.
