Job Overview:

We seek a Growth Marketer to drive acquisition, conversion, and experimentation across digital channels. This full-stack performance marketing role requires strong foundations, creative problem-solving, and broad marketing skills. You’ll collaborate with our SVP of Marketing and executive team to scale campaigns and launch initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Performance Marketing

  • Manage campaigns on Google Search, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Bing, and emerging platforms
  • Research keywords, create campaigns, optimize bids, test creatives
  • Explore new platforms like Reddit, X/Twitter, TikTok, programmatic
  • Analyze ad performance, conversion paths, CAC metrics

2. Landing Pages & CRO

  • Build, test, optimize landing pages (Framer experience preferred)
  • Implement A/B and multivariate tests
  • Track behavioral data using Hotjar, GA4, Posthog, etc.

3. Strategy & Execution

  • Collaborate on go-to-market strategies
  • Design and execute growth experiments
  • Lead projects across lifecycle, funnel, or community

4. Marketing Operations

  • Support hiring and onboarding
  • Address operational gaps in SEO, lifecycle, communications
  • Create scalable systems and documentation

5. Creatives & Copy

  • Produce and test basic creatives
  • Excellent English copywriting and landing page iteration
  • Bonus: experience with short videos, motion graphics, Canva/Figma

6. Cross-Channel Growth

  • Assist with influencer outreach, co-marketing, affiliate testing
  • Manage email flows and lifecycle campaigns
  • Shape brand narrative across touchpoints
  • Experience with thought leadership content is a plus

Qualifications:

Experience

  • 3+ years in digital marketing, performance focus, B2B preferred
  • Experience managing large budgets on Google, Meta, LinkedIn
  • Proficient in landing page optimization and CRO
  • Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude
  • Startup or high-growth background preferred
  • Experience with SaaS or AI product marketing advantageous

Skills

  • Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals, analytics, experimentation
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, GA4, Framer
  • Strong copy and design instincts; capable of asset creation or guiding freelancers
  • Experience with automation tools like Zapier, n8n, Make
  • Bonus: email marketing (Customer.io, Klaviyo, Mailchimp), influencer outreach
