Job Overview:

We seek a Growth Marketer to drive acquisition, conversion, and experimentation across all major digital channels. This hands-on, full-stack marketing role requires strong performance marketing skills, creative problem-solving, and the ability to operate across various initiatives. You will collaborate closely with our SVP of Marketing and executive team to scale campaigns, launch new initiatives, and fill key gaps as we grow.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Performance Marketing

  • Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Search, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Bing, and emerging platforms
  • Research keywords, create campaigns, manage bidding strategies, test creatives
  • Launch and experiment with new platforms (Reddit, X/Twitter, TikTok, programmatic, etc.)
  • Analyze ad performance, conversion paths, and CAC metrics with strong analytical rigor

2. Landing Pages & CRO

  • Build, test, and optimize landing pages (Framer experience preferred)
  • Implement A/B and multivariate tests to improve conversion rates
  • Track behavioral data using tools like Hotjar, GA4, Posthog, or similar

3. Strategy & Execution

  • Collaborate with the SVP of Marketing on new go-to-market strategies
  • Design and execute growth experiments
  • Own and drive special projects across lifecycle, funnel optimization, or community
  • Support project advancement

4. Marketing Operations

  • Support hiring and onboarding of marketing team members
  • Address operational gaps in SEO, lifecycle, or communications
  • Develop systems and documentation for scaling

5. Creatives & Copy

  • Produce and test basic creatives
  • Strong copywriting skills for landing pages and ads
  • Bonus: experience with short-form videos, motion graphics, Canva, Figma

6. Cross-Channel Growth

  • Assist with influencer outreach, co-marketing, and affiliate testing
  • Manage email flows and lifecycle campaigns
  • Shape messaging across touchpoints, collaborating with product and content teams
  • Experience with thought leadership content is a plus

Qualifications:

Experience

  • 3+ years in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing and B2B
  • Proven management of significant budgets across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Experience building or optimizing landing pages with CRO best practices
  • Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, etc.
  • Startup or high-growth company background preferred
  • Experience with SaaS and/or AI product marketing preferred

Skills

  • Deep understanding of marketing fundamentals, analytics, and experimentation
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads Manager, GA4, Framer
  • Strong copy and design instincts; capable of creating assets or guiding freelancers
  • Experience with marketing automation tools like Zapier, n8n, Make
  • Bonus: experience with email marketing platforms like Customer.io, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, influencer outreach
